A portable display was created, depicting an event of the
Confederacy to protect routes to Little Rock. This traveling exhibit represents Elliot's retreat on the hot morning of August 25th, 1863. Serving as a teaching aid for the Civil War era in Lonoke County, this diorama will be available upon request.
