Northside High School Invitational Registration Form

Just fill this out and Click "Submit" to send the registration to us, via email. Sorry, but we don't do the credit card thing, which is a security bonus for everyone! Once we get the emailed form, all we will need is a cash (well concealed cash, that is, to keep those prying postal eyes from any mischief!) /check payment to be sent via US Postage to:

Make sure in the payment mail that you leave a note giving the School Name and Coach(es) Name, and how many teams & tournaments you are paying for. For example, if you send $120, signify that $80 is for two Fall teams and $40 is for one Spring team. Just so we know what's what and who's who. Or you can print out the completed form and mail it in with your payment! Also, if you're only going to purchase tournament questions and not register for any tournaments, just leave the tournament related fields blank, and the price is $25.00 a set (teams who attend pay only $15.00 unless they bring buzzers. Then they're free!). Thanks!

If planning for both tournaments, and you do not pay Spring and Fall fees at once, then we will be waiting for your Spring payment by Spring deadline.
